Amish Friendship Bread

I've decided these will be the last two loaves I bake. At least for a while. I got hit with the Amish Friendship Bread hand-off at Christmas. I've been baking two loaves every ten days for over a month now. It's time to let them go and move on to my next addiction. The picture above is of the last two loaves fresh from the oven. They are delicious, but extremely fattening, as the directions call for a cup of oil to be added to the batter just before baking. The cinnamon in it makes for an extremely tasty treat, but like I said, it's fattening.
