It's okay that it's Monday, 'cause I PASSED!

My Monday began on a great note. When I arrived at work, I had this e-mail in my inbox:
Just wanted to let you know that you did well on the oral and that you will be getting the formal congratulations via email soon; however, I figured you'd like to know as soon as possible and not wait until over the weekend to hear (assuming you check your email from home). Congratulations!

I am very pleased, of course. I plan to add the CCMC credentials to my resume and I'm considering writing a business plan for a gulp...small business! Yes, I can coach individuals from the privacy of my home, and according to the instructor, make quite a bit of money doing so! I'm going to pray for guidance about it and see where this takes me.

I finally made it back to the gym today - after 2.1 miles on the treadmill and a few push-ups and crunches, I'm starting to feel like my old self again. I didn't force myself to get on the scale, however, for fear of ruining the great mood I've been in all day. I had an epiphany the other day: I can walk at home around my neighborhood for exercise! Duh! Can you say "realization?" Wow, I amaze myself sometimes.

I'm scheduled for two doctor's appointments tomorrow. I'll save the gory details, but they're just check-ups. I hope all my parts are continuing to function correctly! He he he....

Congratulations on completing and passing your training. I discovered your blog a few days ago and have been enjoying it. If I ever need coaching I may look you up. BTW I like your locks.
